Cloth wears out where the game wears it: the break spot, the top rail, the pocket mouths. Once one goes the rest is usually close behind.
It is also the only job on this list with no access problem at all. Whatever the house is and however long the drive, nothing leaves the room, so a recover is the same visit at the shore as it is in Trenton.

Which cloth, and what else gets done while the bed is open.
- Woollen has a nap and runs slower, forgiving where the standard varies.
- Worsted is smooth and fast, the league surface. Balls carry further than most expect.
- Colour is yours: dark hides chalk, light shows wear sooner.
- Seams, bolts and rubber get inspected while visible rather than taken on trust.
- Rubber can go on at the same visit, and should if the cushions return dead.
A shore house that stands empty and unheated all winter is harder on cloth than one lived in year round. Worth saying when you ask.

We here at New Jersey Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. We will only move one piece slates up or down stairs under certain conditions and for an additional charge.
