Most pool table work is quoted on what happens at the doorway. Covering a state rather than a city adds a second variable, which is simply how far apart the two addresses are, and it is worth being straight about that up front: a move from one end of the shore to the other is a different day's work from one across a township.

The housing changes as much as the distance does.
